"Great property, helpful staff. Great location. Not a lot of room in the bathrooms for makeup and stuff, but otherwise a fantastic place in pretty much every way. Great food too… Expensive breakfast but pretty worth it."

"Unfortunately, the shower malfunctioned so i could not take one. I only noticed this in the morning so decided not to ring the reception as it would probably take too much time to repair. So it told staff later, upon check-out. Their response: "room number?" I gave that and then they said, "ok, good bye". No excuses, no sorry, no nothing. Very rude and totally not compliant with the high standards I usually enjoy when staying at Novotel's."

"Pleasant small hotel slightly outside the town center. A very pleasant week. The room did have air conditioning but luckily I didn't need it during the stay. Common areas are small but this didn't pose a problem. Staff was very welcoming."
