"Says that they offer transfer and late check out until 00:30 which are both inaccurate. Stains on pillow and robes in the room, dated decor, wifi isn’t working, terrible breakfast. Not worth the money."

"the people working the property was kind but I was expect a bar and a spa as in the add and there wasn't either. The wifi wasn't great so I went to other places to get work done and eat and drink but over all was ok just not what I expected. "

"I have travelled quite a bit but I have never encountered service like the one we had at Angkor Era. The staff went above and beyond with every small request. The hotel is superb, my only complaint would be that the bed was too hard."
