"We were on adventure through the South and had to stop for over night close to Naples. This is 4* hotel. The building is undergoing refurburishment and scaffolding is all over the building. We arrived around 10pm and we were greeted coldly-could be the language barrier? Then the shock that very loud music being broadcasted on all floors which wasn't switched off until we called the receptionist to do so. The staff is attentive extremely helpful and answered any questions we had, Our room was cleaned everyday the always water in the mini fridge. The bathrooms were spotless. The is a breakfast included in the price and there was plenty to choose. Their restaurant Vic 51 food was amazing and do reasonably priced. Serves were available in both restaurants. Would stay here again for sure,"

"My wife and I recently stayed at Hotel Plana and had a fantastic experience. We were visiting the Royal Palace of Caserta, and the hotel’s location couldn’t have been more convenient. Having on-site parking also gave us great peace of mind. From check-in to check-out, the staff were friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Although we arrived a little earlier than expected, they kindly accommodated us and made sure we could check in right away. Our room was spacious and Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping everything spotless. The breakfast was also excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to choose from. We only stayed for one night, but we would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Hotel Plana to anyone planning to visit the Royal Palace of Caserta."
