"The staff was kind and courteous! Rooms were spacious, but could do with a freshen up, and remove wallpaper as it’s peeling from humidity, so if you are bougie then maybe not your style. "Loved every minute here would highly recommend it. What an amazing experience they take such great gentle care of their elephants it was so special. The keepers have a lovely bond with their elephants. Would love to return here again one day. "We had 2 rooms and stayed at Grand Villandra for 2 nights. It was a very nice experience. The rooms and bathrooms were extra spacious. Everything was very neat and clean. The staff was friendly and courteous. Will definitely recommend."
