"Unfortunately, my stay was quite disappointing. The apartment wasn’t cleaned to an acceptable standard, with uncleared food and drink stains on the blinds, marks all over the walls, soap scum throughout the bathroom, and even holes in the towels. To make matters worse, our key card stopped working on the second day. Thankfully, reception was still open, so we were able to have it replaced without too much hassle. "We had a great stay right in the heart of Brisbane. The room was clean and modern and while a little small it was perfect for us.
Staff were really lovely and helpful and the breakfast was amazing! The meals at the restaurant are simple but tasted great.
There is no pool, however the southbank pools are just across the river.
All in all a good place to stay for a short trip to Brisbane."

"The property was very clean, Staff were extremely friendly, close to queen street mall, beds and pillows were really comfy, only problems was the construction a bit noisy for a Saturday morning was an early 6am start, and parking was expensive but it is the city. Otherwise would definately book again"

"Easy walk to Queen Mall and opposite gardens.
We thoroughly enjoyed how kind and hospitable everyone was during our 4 night stay. The dinner menu was incredible and again recived such great service from the restaurant, Reception and housekeeping. The beds were comfortable and facilities served their purpose.
Overall, for a hotel that isnt as "flash" as the new brands I would totally recommend staying here. Will return again if in Brisbane."
