"We stayed in 5 different hotels over the course of two weeks. This was by far our favorite hotel. Our room was the best hotel room we have ever stayed in. The staff was so helpful, and catered to our every whim. The Roman pool was one of kind. The courtyard was gorgeous and intimate. Don't except the Ritz, but this place deserves to be heralded for what it has to offer. We will stay again for sure. Well done Giovanni!!!!"

"I loved staying at this place: it was quiet, had a view to the duomo, was spotlessly clean and decorated in a lovely way. The location in the historic city centre was charming. The Villa d’Estate is 5min walk away, the Villa Adriana 50min (also reachable by bus), the Villa Gregoriana 10min and the train station 15min on foot. "Enjoyed an excellent meal in the hotel restaurant the first night but upon returning from a day viewing the local Villas found that the restaurant was closed that evening. As we did not have a car and Tivoli was not walkable at night we had pay 20 euros for taxis. The hotel advertised restaurant and bar but with restaurant closed on night and no bar ( you could sit in the lobby and the receptionist could get you a drink but this is not my understanding of a hotel bar). "
