"Best hotel in Tlaxcala! The care for details is impressive. Since you arrive they give you a fresh Mexican drink made with cocoa. The place is 2 years old so everything is modern and beautiful. The rooms are huge and they put little gifts for the guests on the beds. Staff is super friendly and serviceable: everything I asked for they brought it to me immediately. "COLD “Hot Tub” - the pool was actually warmer! It was very disappointing since it was the main reason I booked it. Arrived after 12 hour day of driving. Booking came with two free drinks, but we were charged for them. They took them off the bill, but c’mon… Hotel and room were nice, with secure parking."
