"I had a pleasant stay overall. The personnel were genuinely helpful and accommodating throughout my visit, which made the experience comfortable. My only complaints are that the entertainment wasn’t Jamaican—it was mostly American music, which took away from the local vibe I was hoping for. Also, the private nudist island was only open one day during my week‑long stay, which was disappointing since it was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel."

"My stay at Sand and Tan was okay overall. I would like to commend the young bartender (whose name I unfortunately did not get) and the two ladies who worked in the evenings. They were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout my stay.
However, I was disappointed that a young man who appeared to be part of the maintenance team repeatedly approached me asking for tips, which made me uncomfortable.

"Our stay was marked by truly exceptional service.
The staff demonstrated consistent professionalism, warmth, and a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. There was always someone available, smiling and ready to assist. "Most of the staff were super helpful and most were very friendly. The place itself is very old and needs to be upgraded. The boat needs to be replaced, engine stopped while we were out in the ocean.
