"Staff were superb! All of them made my family feel warm and welcome. Sad thing was there was renovation underway while we were staying there. Our standing shower was leaking water all over the floor (floor was level instead of slant- I guess hence the reno work)- we were accommodated when we complained about it and our room was changed. No issue after this. Food here is great! Limited alternative options outside of the property (within reasonable reach) but luckily, there’s always UberEats....

"We were in a room with a king size bed facing the arena. The room is clean and comfortable. There are cafe nearby and Bercy Metro is just outside of the hotel which makes it easy to get to places. Full continental breakfast was included. Staff are courteous. If looking for something to eat that's close by we can recommend Rambo a Cambodian restaurant."

"This was such a cute and convenient property! It has the sweetest courtyard cafe, a BEAUTIFUL bar area and areas to sit, relax and study/work. When we first arrived, unfortunately, the room accommodations I had booked were not available. We addressed our concerns to the front desk and they were able to upgrade us to an amazing room towards the end of our stay. The details in the rooms are incredible! "Fabulous, over the top experience!! We got in late and our room wasn’t available for some reason. So we were UPGRADED to the most beautiful, huge suite! The pool was 86degrees and so unique! Had a hot tub and baby pool if needed. Jordan, the concierge, was beyond helpful. Gave us a bag for our wet swimsuits, walked us to the ice AND water machines that we couldn’t find (kind of hidden) and showed us the hotel perfume spray, which we purchased.
