"Well organized property. Beautiful pools, amenities, transept& amenities at beach. Rooms dated, tired looking, have not been renovated since in over 20 years (as per sources). Could use updated, to complement surroundings & amenities.
Limited supplies in kitchen. No coffee maker, toaster. Limited utensils, sharp knives for cutting.
Limited housekeeping. Room cleaned, towels changed only twice during 10 day stay."

"Positive: wide and clean room. Food quality and quantity. Staff. Swimming pool.
Negative: dirty sea in the afternoon. Small river looking really bad close to the hotel and the beach."

"The hygienic conditions were horrible, the toilets near the bars and restaurants were very dirty, a bad smell came out of the toilet in the room. The restaurant with buffet was dirty in the area of fries, with food thrown on the counter.
Food in general was not good, but the cakes and pastries were excellent."
