"Excellent facilities any requests were dealt with promptly. Excellent food 5 courses each evening including local dishes. We ate out once at a beach side restaurant the quality didn't compare. Well worth taking the half board options for value for money and quality of food. There is a good beach within a 10min walk and an excellent cafe/bakery opposite. There is a quality hypermarket within 10min. The city centre is an hour's walk or 10min cab drive. There are a few restaurants and shops within walking distance. It's a quiet urban area not very picturesque outside the complex of the resort but the beach is nice. Very friendly staff"

"The property is located on a beach with good facilities. The pools are lovely and the resort was very peaceful even though there were a lot of families with kids including ours. The food was good but the best part - the staff. They were simply excellent. Very kind, courteous, friendly and the famous Cretan hospitality shines through. Would definitely go again."
