"Very comfortable bed, clean room and renovated bathroom. Good breakfast with several choices from meat, eggs, cheese, pastries, cereals and yogurt.
The carpet in the halls could be replaced and the staff could be friendly and greet their guests as they come and go to make them feel more welcome. Otherwise nice stay."

"Il nostro soggiorno è stato complessivamente piacevole e in linea con le aspettative. Unico appunto riguarda la moquette nelle stanze, in particolare in quelle pet family: nonostante l’attenzione e la cura nella pulizia, riteniamo che resti una soluzione meno igienica rispetto a un pavimento tradizionale.
Per il resto, tutto è stato all’altezza: il cibo era molto buono e il servizio si è distinto per attenzione, cortesia e professionalità. Un’esperienza positiva che, con qualche piccolo...

"La chambre était très propre et le personnel très accueillant. Mon seul commentaire négatif est que les serviettes étaient tachés, les porte de douche lousse et non étanche faisant une accumulation dans la salle de bain. "

"Hotel is outstanding, it’s over 500 years old and it’s immaculate, food was great, very quiet, first time we have ever stayed in a Palace, room was large with a King bed. My only criticism is that it doesn’t have a true shower. Staff were so polite and accommodating ….we loved the place. Shout out to Lucia who checked us in made us feel so welcome. Appreciated Irina’s help this morning on the check out. "
