"The staff were very friendly and did their best to accommodate. The location to the beach and rooftop views are remarkable! Good breakfast, a mototaxi or 10 minute walk to town, and brand new very comfortable king size bed. Being a recently opened hotel of course there’s some kinks to work out. I would’ve kept this from the review had I not felt gaslighted when I brought up the construction noise across the street and the high chlorine in the water when showering. "Hotel has 12 cats. Also 3 dogs, but more importantly 12 cats :) Quiet oasis short walk away from noisy Mancora centre. Huge terrace to have breakfast, which was simple but filling. Rooms are spacious and air-conditioned, with comfortable bedding. Big shower cubicle. Staff is very responsive, my Spanish is not the greatest, so sometimes things got lost in translation, but we managed. Oh, did I mention that the hotel has 12 cats?"
