"If the hotel owner is reading this review, I strongly recommend replacing the receptionist who was on duty on July 8, 2026, at around 7:00 PM during check-in. I booked a Partial Sea View room, but I was not given the room I had reserved. Instead of solving the issue, she insisted that the mistake was mine and claimed that a partial sea view was never included, even though it was clearly stated in my reservation. "Overall stay was good. The staff are kind and friendly. The 4 start room needs thorough cleaning. Full with spider web, ant and crab louse. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay and activities. Good for family holiday with little chil"

"Everything in the room was old. The room was big enough and the balcony was nice. The bathroom got very smelly from time to time. All of the staff were very nice. Food at the restaurant wasn’t great but good enough. Pool and playgrounds were nice as we have a 3 year old. Probably wouldn’t stay here again but it was good enough for what we needed at the time. "
