"The property is close to the airport which was important to our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant was nice and the food was good. The only complaint is the rooms were old and run down and we were surprised how different they looked then the photos."

"The hotel was well located to the stadium that you can walk back from. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We ate at the restaurant before the concert and the food was great."

"We used this hotel to spend one night to catch a plane out of Madrid in the morning and it was perfect for this purpose. When we are staying in Madrid for sightseeing we stay at a hotel on the gran via. Very convenient shuttle was on time and efficient. The breakfast was great and we ate at the restaurant for dinner at the adjacent segment of the hotel the night before and the meal was really good as well. There were youth soccer teams staying there and having fun so the hotel has a family...
