"The property is very outdated. The towels are over laundered and the rooms are run down. The rooms are small and severely over priced for what it accommodates. The beach has no attendants and you must wake up early to reserve a lounge chair. We waited for 30 minutes to get clean towels. I have traveled all over Europe and never stayed in such a hotel. I would never recommend this hotel. "

"From the time we entered the reception, Sofia was amazing, the restaurant staff and checkout personnel also amazing. Our flight got delayed and thus we arrived later than expected and the hotel offered complimentary breakfast for our stay which helped get our vacation back on track! "The hotel itself is nice, the room was good. I stayed in two types, as on arrival my room in the main hotel (standard double) wasn’t ready. They put be in the beach wing for one night. The standard double was considerably nicer than the beach wing room. What really lets this place down is the food. Breakfast was fine as it’s standard continental, lunch was hit and miss but normally ok. But for dinner, There was only one night that I enjoyed the food. "We had a nice stay at Theo Hotel. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa, which comfortably slept 6 people and had its own pool. Customer service was top notch and the staff was very accommodating and caring. Giannis was really nice to me and my family and made sure we were taken care of at breakfast. The only drawback of the hotel is being situated on top of a hill and there are a lot of stairs. But the views are amazing and there is a convenient elevator to get down to the beach.
