"Wonderful hotel right next to a Metro station, making it very convenient. Public parking right outside the hotel which is considerably cheaper than parking in the actual hotel (half the price for us considering we parked at 6:00 PM and then it’s free to park from 11:00 PM to 9:00 AM."

"It was a really beautiful hotel, with lovely interior. The room was spacious enough for 2 people and the staff were so incredibly helpful. I called late at night (around 11pm) asking for an ironing board and staff informed me to call back in the morning but had already left it outside for me by the time morning came which I think was really thoughtful! Parking is also easy."

"We arrived late night
Door closed took 25 mins for someone to open from reception even by ringing bell.
Staff, not friendly.
First room was decrepit, headboard scratched deteriorated with nasty stains. A/C not working, sofa chair with horrible brown and white stains all over the seat and backrest. No Kleenex tissues. Room smelled. Hairs hanging from hangers in the closet. Mold inside shower. Etc.
We were staying for two nights, yet after the horrible experience we decided to leave the hotel....

"The James hôtel Rotterdam un endroit haut de gamme. Emplacement près des attractions touristiques et du port de croisière waterbus et des boutiques. Merci à Tammy, une jeune dame distinguée, courtoise, bienveillante et efficace, pour son accueil au St-James. Chambre moderne, lit confortable, ameublement au goût du jour, chambre de bain petite et très bien équipée avec douche en verre, serviettes et produits sanitaires de qualité. L’espace food market, une idée géniale, des produits de qualité...

"All great for minimalists and those who likes privacy and no everyday room service. Clean, great service, good location. However, no tea/coffee/kettle/hairdryer/no everyday room service.
