"This was one of the best hotel stays I have ever had. I was blown away at the level of hospitality and kindness from EVERY single staff member we saw. They all made a point to say hello and ask me how my stay is going as well as asking if we needed anything. The happy hour was great with a full dinner and drinks. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The man cooking the pancakes was awesome. Everything was clean. Check in and check out was super easy. When leaving, I asked the front desk lady(I think her name was Ronesha) where the ice machine was. I had a plastic bag to fill and she offered to go and get it for me. She then took another bag out so it wouldn’t leak, and walked all the way to the kitchen to fill it. You just don’t get service like this anywhere. Even the maintenance people were greeting us. I was so happy with the service I actually asked for the manager at the end to tell her what an amazing job they did. My son left his hoodie and when we called to see if they found it, they already had it at the front desk and asked if we would like to return or if they needed to mail it to us. The manager and staff at this hotel are truly wonderful! We will return. Thank you!"
