"There is no reception at all which appears very off-putting on arrival.Other things of note are, the king size bed was uncomfortable and needed the mattresses replacing, the pillows on the bed were particularly uncomfortable, the entrance to the underground parking at street kerb position was poorly designed and made the front of the car drag on the ground. Other than these things, the room was clean, well equipt and tidy as was the spa bath and the swimming pool."
