Apart from the name, the uniforms and the soap dispenser in the room there is absolutely nothing at this hotel that even remotely resembles as Sheraton. "Was scheduled to be in another hotel near city center, but last minute was changed to this hotel. I had not stayed here before, but intend to again! Very nice staff, and an especially attentive head concierge. The club lounge was great for meetings, snacks, helpful staff, etc."

"The advertising blurb stated that the staff spoke English. They didn't. We managed to communicate via translator apps. Every day of my stay, the staff informed me that I owed them money for my room.
