"設備は古いものの部屋は広く、バスタブもついていたので基本的に快適に過ごせた。朝食も種類が多く日替わりで楽しめた。 しかし同日、同時刻にチェックインした同一レベルの部屋の同僚にはウェルカムフルーツがあったらしいが自身の部屋にはなかったり、室内の清掃が雑であったりと残念な点も有り。 また、チェックアウトの際、自身で外部で購入した水と室内バーの有料ドリンクが同一の物であった為か、追加でお金を取られそうになった。日本語の堪能なスタッフがいたので理解してもらったが、ホテルで用意しているものと区別がつくようにしてほしい。 改善してくれると次回も安心して利用できると思う。"

"3泊滞在しましたが、総じて快適に過ごせました。 ウォシュレット便座があるので日本人には有難いです。シャワー圧も十分です。ウェルカムフルーツも有り、エアコンも正常動作します。フロントの方も愛想良く笑顔で対応してくれました。 ただし、近隣の銀帆や東方ホテルに比べると内装が古く感じられるので、今後の改善に期待します。"
