"Breakfast was ok but never changed I would not recommend a long stay.Only 4 restaurants were actually open as two are not year round. Actual sea not available to go in due to constant bad and unsafe conditions meaning no water sports as advertised Excursions that are available all have an extra fee to participate in making them overpriced in my eyes. Everything we could do is in cefalu so u pay money and are given time limits to go there I would suggest staying in Cefalu or Palermo "

"Breakfast was excellent with particular credit to the chef for scrambled egg. Very seldom do hotels manage to bulk cook good scrambled eggs but this hotel was excellent.
Excellent room, staff were engaging and polite ."

"So far from a 5 star hotel. The staff is the most unfriendliest staff we have ever encounter. When we pulled in no bellman, front desk is extremely not professional and could care less. Guest experience is close to none. Property isn’t clean, dirt and weeds everywhere. The room is tiny, no iron/steamer. We called front desk 3 times for a steamer, after 30mins I had to go downstairs and ask again. Property has a lot of potential if well maintained. Definitely not a 5 star hotel. Service is worse...

"True 5-Star hotel, historic and lovely. Afternoon tea was nice, but the complimentary breakfast was great. Best breakfast I had the entire trip.

"The drinking glasses were dirty most of the time. That was disappointing.
The staff were lovely and pleasant.
Dinner timings and options were limited.
We were signature level and would have expected options for sea view, but those seemed to only be for the main building
Food was okay. "
