"This could be something so special. The location itself is amazing and the accommodation for ‘camping’ is incredible. The service wasn’t great however. As kind as everyone was the timings were very off. Being told we needed to be ready for breakfast at 8 and not being served till 9.30. The same for dinner. "Myself & my partner stayed here for 2 nights. Unfortunately the photos on the website do not represent the actual rooms that you get. For some reason, the lovely tiled floors in the photos have since been replaced with a dark red, dirty carpet which instantly makes the room feel unclean. The shower head did not prop up. "The location of this resort is stunning, just beautiful. The service is superb. The food is amazing. And the cottage itself was tastefully recreated. We enjoyed walking the tea trails - just expect to make an effort on the plantation hills. We also relaxed and enjoyed the hotel every afternoon. They will do anything to make your stay as perfect as possible. It was an ideal stay for us. "

"Amazing stay at Jetwing Warwick! What a stunning property, the entire home is designed and furnished impeccably. The staff Viji & Ruba were exceptional. The food was also great. Highly recommend the tea tour on the property & Meena Amma’s experience, it’s very well done! CAUTION: The dirt road leading to the property is quite dangerous! An extremely experienced driver is needed. The area can get very foggy & it’s difficult to see the roads. I would recommend Jetwing to tell guests to meet them at the top of the dirt road so that their driver can pick them up (their driver is a pro!!). Or call the property beforehand and get them to speak to your driver so they are aware of how the roads are and if any assistance is needed. "
