"Huynh at the front desk of Level was helpful and very knowledgeable about the property. She was right about my room having a great view. I almost changed room base on their rendering on the map. She kept reassuring me that the view is very good. I'm glad i didn't change room, end up with a great stay. Good to see someone (Huynh) who knows the product they are selling."
