"Staff were all so friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious with so much choice. The hotel was very clean & the rooms were a little small, but had everything and were also very clean.The pool area was small, but lovely and suited us perfectly. The hotel is located about a 10-15min walk from the city centre and the sites were all accessible by walking, taxi or bus which was perfect for us. We will definitely be back."

"For me this was a near perfect set up if you want to relax and unwind, having a collection of villa's rather than a single building means it doesn't feel cramped, likewise being spread out over a big site meant you rarely felt you had to worry about getting a space by the pool like you can at other places. "This was our 2nd time at Mitsis Rinela after trying a few of the Mitsis properties. The facilities and the sand beach are the main attraction for sure. Everything has been or is being refurbished and the hotel is really beautiful. Would highly recommend to anyone interested in an all inclusive resort. Only drawback for us as a couple was the number of kids around but that’s the summer for you. Not much can be done about that. "

"Wir sind als Familie mit 1 Kind gereist und waren eine Woche dort. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr herzlich und freundlich. Wir hatten Glück und haben sogar ein Upgrade erhalten und somit ein größeres Zimmer bekommen. Alles sehr sauber, einzig im Zimmer hätte die Reinigungskrsft einmal ordentlicher durchwischen können. Bei Fragen konnte man jederzeit über einen Chat oder natürlich persönlich Kontakt aufnehmen und es wurde uns immer sofort geholfen. Das Essen war sehr lecker.
