This has to best hotel in Chiang Mai - great location, amazing facilities and wonderful staff.

Very comfortable, clean, safe and welcoming. Club lounge access well worth the money with good selection of food and drinks. The guest relationship manager was my favourite person ever. Wish we could be friends

Wonderful staff and service. The rooms were gorgeous.

Fantastic.

This is a really amazing hotel in a good quiet location yet only 15 minute to night market and old town. Can’t speak highly enough of the staff and the place is immaculate. If you go to Chiang Mai stay there!!

This resort is in a quiet area, and the grounds are very peaceful & welcoming... The staff were polite, friendly & helpful, especially Pi in the restaurant (great sense of humor)... We treated ourselves to an hour long special in the spa, and came out floating on air.... 'Highly recommend this chain of resorts (we had an equally fine time at the Anantara Riverside Resort in Bangkok....

This is a wonderful boutique hotel. We had no complaints and will book again. Great pool and breakfast overlooking the river

The hotel was a boutique type of hotel. There was nothing not to like about the hotel.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Ratilanna and wished it were more than just the 4 nights . It did feel like one of the 'grand hotels' , although of the Lanna style . The staff were unbelievable attentive , pleasant & polite . The food was excellent . As was breakfast . The choice was good , with a individually cooked eggs & omelettes , etc . Beautifully appointed rooms although I felt our bathroom could benefit from a small upgrade . Everything else was perfect . Beautiful...

Breakfast was fresh. Staff were helpful and accommodating

Excellent and very comfortable. Within walking distance of all to see in Old Town Chiang Mai and staff are super helpful.

This is an excellent hotel and also looks the part! The staff are pleasant and the rooms are big and spacious and beautifully fitted out. The breakfast is somewhat limited but as there are only 19 rooms you cannot expect a massive selection. It is located near the Night Bizzar so easy to walk in and out of town. So, many thanks to Joe and his Team for a most enjoyable stay. Give it a go...you will not be disappointed.

Very attractive, clean hotel with excellent restaurant, gym and pool, Wi-Fi, etc. Friendly and helpful staff. Situated five minute drive from airport in a lively district on the outskirts of Chang Mai with local shops, bars, restaurants and a shopping mall within walking distance. Being so close to the airport, expect some periodic aircraft noise as the hotel is right on line with the runway. Chang Mai is a taxi ride away, but the cost is quite low, around 150-200 Baht. The hotel is in two...

Our stay here was outstanding, the staff were super friendly, Jake on reception helped us book a private taxi on the afternoon we arrived, he was knowledgeable about where we wanted to go & arranged everything for is very promptly. The rooms and just the hotel in general are gorgeous. As we visited in November & it was rainy most of our days we had the infinity pool to ourselves which was amazing. We had breakfast included in our stay and it was the best breakfast out of our entire stay as we...

A thoroughly enjoyable stay in a unique and amazing hotel.

We had a lovely and serene stay - we wish we had stayed longer. The breakfast was v good - healthy and varied. The pool was v tranquil - thank you to the staff for asking the loud guest to stop taking FaceTimes at the pool.

Hotel located between new and old Chiang Mai, ideal if you like walking.

Fantastic hotel
