The hotel facilities are fantastic for both family and individual stays. We stayed in a 2 level Executive suite on ground level with pool access from our room. Restaurants within the hotel cater for everyone’s needs and tastes. Perfectly located in the major shopping district of Bangkok all within short walking distance. The Kempinski Hotel is a must...

"After one night, this is our new official hotel for stays in Bangkok. I am very very very fussy about hotels! This is dramatic decision on my part! Claire at the front desk is a jewel! The hotel is perfect!"

"Good things -right next to the shopping center, skytrain & mrt (subway) -great customer services (all dept.) -provide 2 bottles of water a day per guest -good varieties of breakfast -love the water pressure (shower) Need to improve -parking (even that it is big but its always pack with shopping mall guests. The hotel should block or assign an area for hotel guests only to park. -some areas of the hotel need renovation -better pest control at f&b areas"

"Amazing hotel in Bangkok. Customer service was fantastic. Every staff member really takes care of you. Room was superb and extremely comfortable. We had a view of the river and could see the IconSiam from our window. One of the best reasons to stay here is the close proximity to the river boat which takes you to the Icon in 5 mins and anywhere else you need. The dock is essentially just out the back door of the hotel. Whenever I come back to Bangkok, I will rebook and I highly recommend you guys...

"We had an AMAZNG TIME. When we arrive the staff welcomed us warmly and knew that we were returning after 20 years! I had a knew accident and they had a doctor come immediately and set me up at a fabulous local hospital where i got A+ treatment -- and wheni returned there were flowers in the room with a Get well card signed by the staff. We had a wonderful time and were treated like family. Thanks so much! We lover the Oriental!"

"Great spa resort near the airport. Friendly and helpful staff. Amazing kitchen, food was tasty. Although near airport, traffic is very bad from the hotel to the airport and viceversa. Hotel offers shuttle, but make sure you’re okay with the traffic delays. If not, this might not be the best option. Pool was nice. And spa was great too. "
