They were eventually moved to a better room on the ground floor, but the staff and service had already scarred the experience at the hotel. Prior to their stay at Sugar Beach, they stayed at the Le Meridien, where the staff, the service, the location were all top notch. The day and night difference between the two hotels made it worse at Sugar Beach. Will not be booking Sugar Beach Hotel again. "
