"One of the best resorts I have ever stayed in. Top notch quality facilities, courteous staff, excellent buffet breakfast with extensive variety, everything we tried was excellent. Very clean pool, not crowded at all (we stayed in September), excellent view of the forest. -25 mins from main Ubud markets and monkey forest, which is not bad if you want to stay away from noise and crowds. "

"We loved Alaya resort so much that we extended our stay longer than expected! It’s a great location in the heart of Ubud, walking distance of shops and restaurants. The resort is beautiful and the pool is tucked away in the back, allowing more privacy from the busy streets. The staff was incredible and went above and beyond. Highly recommend staying here! "

"First of all, the staff are fantastic. Their smiles upon first contact eased any anxiety I might have had about being in Bali for the first time. I was also very grateful for the 24-hour support they provided via WhatsApp during my stay. The pool was also fantastic, surrounded by forest, creating a truly hotel-like atmosphere. I would definitely return to this hotel."
