"Wow is the world to describe this hotel. Exceptional might be another one. I can not believe the level attention to detail, luxury & service. Every single member of staff we encountered from the valet team, the luggage transporters, reception staff & breakfast staff were remarkably kind, fun and friendly as well as helpful. "We loved our stay at Le Pigonnet. The property is over 100 year old mansion! There were different parts of the hotel that you can stay at each having their own pool. The gardens were out of a story book. It was pure serenity! However our room had some plumbing issues and the view not that great. They accommodated and handled the situation with such grace. We absolutely will come back to stay there! "

"The hotel is beautiful, the grounds are stunning and the restaurants wonderful. We loved our stay at Château de la Gaude. Getting there from the aiport was super easy, Uber and Bolt operate making it very convienient to get into Aix en Provence as well.
