"The grounds were well maintained. Overall, the room was well maintained as well minus a few hairballs I found in the corner. Not ideal but not a dealbreaker either. Very family friendly pool with slides and floaties/balls available to use. The only annoyance was calling front desk to change my private pool to jacuzzi. No one came after a few calls and I gave up. I was there for one night so it’s was fine. I would recommend this place for a resort stay."

"Great staff, very friendly and always willing to help. The room was cleaned daily and sheets changed. The food was great at the Vietnamese restaurant and there are other options for food as well. Will definitely visit again"

"The resort service was good and the staff were generally helpful. However, the villas are starting to show their age. Some of the floor laminates show signs of water damage, and the electrical sockets are worn out. Overall, the villas could benefit from some upgrades and refurbishment. Aside from the services offered by Vinpearl, there aren’t many options from independent vendors. Only a few convenience stores are operating in the colorful buildings, while the rest remain empty and have not yet been furnished. If you’re looking for a quiet beach getaway where you can simply relax, this is a good place to stay. However, if you want to experience local food and the local nightlife, I would recommend staying on the mainland instead."

The resort is beautiful, well maintained, and has so much to offer for families, but what really stood out to us was the exceptional staff and level of service throughout our stay. The restaurant staff were memorable, particularly at La Casa and Atlantis. Chef Binh, Dat, and Jack at Atlantis were incredibly professional, kind, and attentive. They took the time to come over personally, speak with our family, and check in to make sure we were enjoying everything. That level of hospitality and professionalism really made an impression on us. The food was also delicious and incredibly fresh, especially the seafood at Atlantis. Our entire family enjoyed our meals there so much. The guest services team (Mia) was so wonderful and helpful . She helped us throughout our stay with excursions, dinner reservations, and anything else we needed, which made our vacation very easy and relaxing. special."
