"とても良い滞在期間を過ごせました。どのレストランもクオリティが高く（Okuなどは日本と比べても高いレベルの創作和食）、インルームダイニングも楽しめる内容でした（サテやとんこつラーメンは本格的）。プールは複数あり、ホテル内で十分に楽しめました。 また施設は素晴らしく、子どものケアなども安心できる環境でした。クリーニングなど急ぎのお願いも対応いただけ、ルームの清掃やのクオリティや頻度など満足でした。 ただ一泊目に屋外で夜の9時過ぎまでビーチイベントが開催されておりかなりの騒音でした。立て続けにポップスが大音量で流されていて雰囲気を壊していました。 また案内された部屋で別のお客と間違えてサービスを提供されたり、利用していな日の分のカバナと食事についてサインを求められるなど、連携ミスがありました。"

"All the staff were incredible and we felt very looked after. Rooms were lovely as were the pools. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet as well The only negative was the dining choices. One restaurant which food was good but would have preferred some more casual snack items. This was also quite expensive. Most days or evenings we got in a taxi and went to independent restaurants of which there are loads around. This was a great why to get out and see places and try new restaurants. Location was...
