"The hotel was very nice with harbor views. The hotel staff was amazingly friendly. Service was great. Some of the things I felt a little annoyed with included calling room service to pick up the dining cart after we were finished eating in room service and three times they never picked it up but waited 3 to 4 hours for someone to finally come. The bed was hard pressed and not comfortable. The room was definitely outdated could use a pick me up."

"This was an excellent stay and I was impress with how friendly the staff was overall. The housekeeping services these ladies were excellent. The transport by Lexus shuttle those guys were excellent also. The checking encounter absolutely excellent. It was clear that there are some staffing challenges, but none of them were oral to my stay. Also, Yes, need to also be willing to be patient because this exist everywhere. There is always an opportunity for improvement, but we are make small errors....
