Ocean Coral Spring - All Inclusive

8/10 Good

"Pros The facilities were very nice The water park is great for the kids The room is spacious The staff are fabulous, friendly and go above and beyond Ruthan the Expedia rep is amazing and turned our stay around The pools were lovely Cons Rooms weren’t clean and are in need of refurbishing. Every cupboard creaked. The steamers leaked hot water The timeshares sales people were lovely but the manager was pushy, was trying everything to get the sale, said things that were factually inaccurate and kept cutting off his colleague which was very rude."

Excellence Oyster Bay - Adults Only All Inclusive

10/10 Excellent

"We had an excellent stay at Excellence Oyster Bay! The staff throughout the resort were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, which really made our experience special. Overall, the food and drinks were very good, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the resort. Our only complaint was housekeeping. We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights and did not receive housekeeping service during our stay. For a resort of this caliber, we expected our room to be serviced at least once during our visit. Not a deal breaker. Aside from that issue, we had a wonderful experience and truly appreciated the hospitality of the staff!"
