"I would like to commend one of the outstanding staff members at the hotel — Gergerly (sorry if misspelled his name). My luggage was damaged, and the lock was stuck, but he was extremely helpful and patient in assisting me with the issue. His professionalism and kindness truly stood out. "Beautiful property. The staff are quite friendly and helpful. Location perfect. My deluxe king room was quite posh, the price was posh as well. They should not charge for bottled water, however. And, they need to supply ice to the rooms. Those are my two complaints. "
