"This is a bigger hotel that seems to cater to business travelers rather than offering a European hotel experience. Lots of little amenities. Very clean and nice. Dining at the hotel was expensive. We’ve just returned from a stay at Enorme Santanna Island Resort and overall had a lovely holiday, but there were a few things that stopped it from being a full 5-star experience.
Starting with the positives — the staff were absolutely amazing throughout our stay. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. "Overall the Mitsis Laguna is an excellent resort. It's well maintained and the staff are extremely polite and helpful making the overall experience excellent. The only point to make was the sound proofing in the bungalow that we had near the 2nd pool. We could hear the people both above and in adjoining room quite clearly and the early morning cleaning outside woke us up most mornings."
