"Check in 5/10 servicio básico, poca amabilidad del joven recepcionista. Necesita mejorar su atención cliente. Check out 10/10 muy bien la señorita muy simpática y amable. Bell boy muy buen servicio. Hay que mejorar los tiempos de respuesta en los mensajes, correos, WhatsApp, muy mal servicio. Tardarse un día o 2 para contestar mensajes es demasiado.
