"Beautiful resort with friendly staff "

"It is advertised as a beach front resort. Aside from a handful of rooms, it is anything but that. We were "upgraded" to a superior king suite, and ended up at the very back of the resort, near the airport runway (Noisey!), FAR from the beach and across a busy road. Our intent was to book a room near the beach, not what we ended up with. "

"The service at this resort was wonderful- staff were always kind and accommodating. Breakfast buffet was pretty decent and had a good variety. The property grounds was very lush and green. With that said, I'd say this resort is more like a 4-star resort. We felt like a lot of details were overlooked or simply just not met- i.e. dirty/stained bedding that still persisted even after being replaced, beach towels that were falling apart. Still a great stay but for the price point, it felt a little...

"Truly a world-class resort! My wife and I stayed here for a week last year and had an incredible time. Some of the friendliest staff we've encountered and our room was amazing. The gym is fully equipped with everything needed for a good workout. We will definitely miss the ocean views and infinity pool. Definitely plan on staying here again when we come back to Ko Samui. Highly recommended!"
