In particular, I’d like to highlight Joanne and Roman in the Club Lounge for their excellent service. We had a suite with a balcony which was excellent, comfortable and very well equipped. The view over Darling Harbour was fantastic. The hotel put an extra bed in for my son in advance. The bathroom was huge - with two sinks, a large bath and a separate walk-in shower. It was cleaned...
