"垃圾的服務，極差的預訂經驗，選擇的係到店付款，在酒店付款後，後來發現信用卡同時被扣了相同款項，追討後，退回的費用比住房費(信用卡扣取費用)少，打回HOTEL.COM,當時客服十分悔氣，話冇辦法，可以唔再選擇HOTEL.COM, 亦可以投訴，甚至去消委會告佢。"

"Firstly, it's a 5min walk from the train station. But the station is extremely far to get to the city.
It is very hard to find the entrance of the apartment. Once you find it (try walking around outside A11 mall / Aeon mall to find the entrance) Counter guy seems to be in a sleepy bad mood. Have to argue with him that i already book from this website before he look into it.
Both rooms wasn't ready when we went up (we reach at approx 530PM) got to wait for the cleaner to clean up (took...
