"Vacation was great. The hotel is well maintained and the service is excellent. We didn't have WiFi service in our room and they provided a modem for a wireless connection. The beach is small and not the greatest, but pools are nice. They should have recycling bins and not just garbage bins. "Me and my mum stayed here for a week. The hotel is excellent. The rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable, the food and drinks available on the all inclusive option are varied and of good quality. Might be our fault for going to a hotel in the first week but as the week went on, the following happened: - charged £700 more because we booked via Expedia - why has this happened? - no systems internally are working, everything was difficult - washing took 2.5 days to happened, when we called up and asked where it was, they said they would find it and ring back but no response till we called the following morning "
