"The reason I didn't rate it high in cleanliness, The pool and the spa definitely need work. There were tiles missing in the spa. I don't think all of the Jets were working. It definitely doesn't look like the spot on the web page. And the outdoor pool had slime all around the water line. I didn't go in because it didn't look like they clean it on a regular basis. In my room the skirt to the bed had spots on it, but the actual bed and sheets were perfectly clean. The bathroom seemed very clean...
