When I arrived nobody was there to meet me, and no prior communication was made After I called the contact number listed, they told me that my room was not ready because of some water damage issue. In fact they canceled my reservation without even informing me prior to my arrival. Around 1:00 AM (My wife and I are very tired, we do not speak Spanish, and this is our first visit to Peru) the lady said she reserved another...
