"The Grande Roche is a wonderful place with such kind, happy and thoughtful management and staff. In particular thank you to Marchello, Denai and Veena for making my stay so comfortable - you are wonderful people! The whole vibe is very chilled and friendly. "This was our second visit. The property is in the most beautiful setting with gorgeous views. The staff are extremely hospitable. The food is so tasty and healthy too! The spa was fantastic and the massages we got were some of the best we ever had. 10/10"

"The accomodation was pretty ok. The dorm looked well and the beds were nice. However, one guest that is apperently staying longterm, ruined my complete night. Clearly under influence he touched me while I was sleeping. He was very loud in his sleep and caused me nightmares. Apparently he had been staying there for a long time what I think is unacceptable. I am a female solo traveller and never had a bad experiences before. I was scared in this dorm. If you’re a backpacker/hostel and you want to...

"There was a problem with communication about the property. I was never told about the power outage and also the property did not have AC system in all rooms. Some of the doors were bad and were never fixed and this was the same complaint for past reviews. The host did not care too much. We were checked in late and were not even compensated for the check out. They had "I do not care" attitude. It is a beautiful property but a terrible host."

"Lovely high spec cottage. Clean and new interiors. A romantic stay for couples but we had a three year old! Peaceful and quiet location. A short drive to shops and not too far to some good vineyards. Breakfast was quite nice but would be good to have a helpful option. My daughter loved the trampoline and small playground. Felt like a safe location. I’d recommend taking the hotel up on their offer of starting the hot tub for arrival as I couldn’t manage it!"
