"Wow. What an amazing stay at this hotel -- the staff we're amazing. Myself and my cousin had the lovelist rest time at this hotel. I came from London whereas my cousin came from New York and this was her first time coming to Europe and she absolutely loved Greece. Guys, book this hotel..it's one of the kind and the staff at reception we're AMAZING - sending love to Maria and everyone on the desk. Best wishes,

"We had already stayed at the Nous Hotel in Santorini in October 2023 and were completely satisfied at the time. That is exactly why we decided to book the hotel again for 5 nights during our trip in May 2026. Unfortunately, upon arrival we quickly realized that not much was left of the hotel we had experienced in 2023.
Overall, the hotel no longer feels well maintained – at least not at the level one would expect from a 5-star hotel. In many areas, it feels like costs are being cut. One example...

"We were welcomed at reception so eagerly and taken down to our suite by the young charming concierge! We were introduced to all the functions available in the room…. The quality of the products used was exquisite. Beautiful quality sheets and pillows. Sparkling swimming pools around the property. And for those aging folks, a set of elevators. Breakfast was scrumptious with fresh ingredients. Staff were polite and obliging. Our stay was wonderful….. the view….. ahhhhhhh!!"
