"Quando estavamos a fazer o chek in a rececionista disse que não tinhamos reserva. O Hotel tinha cancelado a reserva com o operador. Tentamos ligar várias vezes mas devido à diferença horária nunca fomos atendidos. Acabámos por ficar uma noite, tendo em conta o adiantado da hora mas pagando o quarto! O hotel está classificado como 5 estrelas mas equivale a 2 estrelas. Fica longe do centro e da praia, Está a precisar de obras e restauro no mobiliário. A Limpeza é muito deficiente.
