"El hotel es muy bonito, los platillos en la cena son deliciosos. Todo está muy bien cuidado y el personal es muy amable. La playa es muy tranquila y limpia, es un lugar ideal para relajarse y disfrutar tranquilamente. El bar-tender que nos atendió en la noche fue muy atento y las bebidas estaban muy bien preparadas."

"La atención del servicio al cliente excelente !!la vista al mar y el acceso a la playa por diferentes áreas muy bien. Diferentes ambientes para compartir y un restaurante con variedad. Las habitaciones y apartamentos son muy completos con cocina y sala todo lo que puedes tener en tu casa."

"DO NOT STAY HERE: POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Part 1
The issues began with misinformation between the resort and the member who owned the villa. I was given an incorrect price for the all-inclusive add-on. Even after the member acknowledged providing the wrong price, no meaningful effort was made to honor the quoted rate or provide a reasonable accommodation. Instead, after spending hours in the lobby trying to resolve the issue, I was left with only two options: downgrade my stay or accept a refund...

"it was nice on the inside, but the outside was complete opposite. There were dining options but of the 3 places we went, they were all subpar. Dont get me started with the hotel, they charged you everything they could. They charged a $10 fee for "losing" a hand towel that was in the hotel room... Why would i steal a hand towel. The people were nice but would never return to DR, let alone this suite"

"Todo estaba muy sucio,los toilet no estaban adecuado para usarlo,la ducha y la bañera con mojo negro y muy asqueroso ,en pocas palabras,la propiedad que yo vi en la pagina no era la que me entregaron,todo estaba viejo y sucio ,olía bastante feo ,el primer día que llegué me fue terrible para mi ,no tenía internet,etc ,etc,todo fue un engaño,espero nunca tener que volver a ese lugar , lo digo con mucha humildad."
