"Service is excellent with efficiency and warmth. Only part was the glitch of receiving club lounge information was not written properly leading to miscommunication that I had booked my stay inclusive of club benefits and it was a shock to me when i checked in. "Absolute LUXURY. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at L'Escape! Valet waiting to open your door the second you arrive as well as take your luggage out the car for you. The hotel smells lovely and has several restaurants, a tea salon, even a library. Every receptionist was so kind and friendly! The rooms were so ornate and gorgeous. Amazing location! Very much worth the stay! 10/10 recommend and would return!"
