"This is an exceptional hotel in Ninh Binh. Our room was beautiful and the bed so comfortable. The bathroom had a beautiful bath tub and power shower. What makes this hotel is the staff starting with the concierge who organised our trip for us, he is a credit to the hotel who could work in the top hotels in Mayfair, London where I’m from. Our check in and out was seamless and when we left for Hanoi we had an amazing send off by the staff. Thank you so much Legend Hotel, will be back next year for a longer stay. Best wishes to you all. Nigel"
