I arrived in shock to realise that the swimming pool and gym were under reconstruction and the view from my executive suite was an active construction site. The Manager and front desk staff patiently explained that Expedia was aware and it was on their direct site. The only saving grace was the quality of the staff, at each touch point, it was warmth and understanding.
